Wise money transfers

Of late I have always been pleased with the transfer time offered by Wise, but they seem to have gone from the instantaneous transfer back to a 6 hour delay, no doubt checking that I am not some Russian oligarch, trying to shift his millions out of the UK

We recently had the same thing happen.
When we asked why they gave some vague reason about 'checks' even though they'd 'checked' us a few weeks ago.
I don't mind a delay if it's expected but given the present 'climate' I get a bit twitchy when one transaction goes through almost intantaneously & the next takes over half a day.

Our transfer via Wise yesterday came through really fast. It was in our account over here before I could log in to check.
