With this hand, I will lift your sorrows. Your cup will never be empty, for I will be your wine. With this candle, I will light your way into darkness. With this ring, I ask you to be mine.........The Corpse Bride

Seresto anti-pest collar has arrived for Jules, so the ides of March for all the ticks and fleas out there.

BTW, we've been watching Crufts (I know, I don't approve of all of it  ) and wondering about all the stupid long and inapropriate (one rat like creature was called Agent Orange for goodness' sake, has nobody ever heard of chemical warfare and Viet Nam? ) 'posh' names some of them have.
I have decided that our Beaucie is now to be called Crown Jules Beauce de Valante' in future. Rather restrained I thought.

I've been watching it too and was astonished at the toy poodle I think it's name is Waffle - it does look the colour of waffles! But what work it must take to get a dog looking like that. My mum bought a toy poodle in 1970 she always kept him with long fur which made him look a bit scruffy - his name was Benny (pedigree name was Benny Nicky Ramaras or something very similar) & he was totally barking. At some speed he used to run around the settee & armchairs like something demented then took off and carried on around said furniture with his paws hitting the cushions (the ones you lean back on) until he flopped having run out of steam - he was such a character.
