Halloween came early!

In the early hours of this morning OH heard some thumping going on outside but thought no more about it. This morning when he went off to the boulangerie and opened the front door he shouted me to say 'come & have a look at this' I said 'oh no do I really want to' thinking something dire was on our frontage. Anyhow I go to have a look and behold our three heavy stone pots still with the remnants of summer plants had been moved and placed right in front of our door - if OH hadn't been looking where he was going it would have been a*** over t** for him and he's already walking in a strange way as he's ricked his back! We have a lovely young french couple next door but one to us and have over the past had a bit of fun with them especially when they got married and we plastered coloured post-it notes on their front door along with their families & friends post-its so we're guessing it's them. So OH as he was off to the supermarket for some wine I said if you can, get some plastic spiders/halloween goodies which are going to put in their letter box (let's hope it was them )
