Just watched her on Andrew marr's show.
What a charming & articulate young lady.
Would that all politicians could answer questions so succinctly.

I agree LAF. She's blunt and to the point, none of the waffle spouted by most politicians.
It's good to see someone young trying to make the point about climate change. She stands firm despite being ridiculed by those who are doing nothing.

Re: Greta Thunberg
My guess is she was fed soft questions. Maybe Andrew Marr should have asked her why she considers France has violated the rights of children but arch polluters India, US and China have not?
I would have more respect for her if she led Chinese school children out on "strike" - but I think we know how that would end - so instead she targets France who I think is doing a lot to combat climate change.
But I don't doubt that a politician would have waffled - and maybe had it been Boris I might have started asking about his carbon footprint with the G20 then this.

Yes, she seems to be very slow to attack China, the US and India.

Re: Greta Thunberg
Is she walking or cycling to all these gatherings, or flying first class? she once sailed across to the states but flew back! It's Her generation that are the disposable type, how often do they change their mobile phone, have to have lots of holidays, have to have all the latest designer clothes, mainly synthetic. As said she should be campaigning in the countries that are causing the most pollution, not the country that will provide her with the best hotels to stay in.
