Yes. Both nostrils. Though you are only trying to wipe the surface skin with a moistened swab not make a kebab.

I assume you get a test kit by asking at the pharmacy. I have never seen them out on the shelves since we had to pay for them.

I tested myself with a kit that oh can’t remember how she came to have it as I thought I might be showing symptoms and we were due to meet friends.
I tested negative and began to feel better almost immediately.
