A rating of 3.5/4kW does not mean that the device is drawing that when in use, and thank god it doesn't as if it did owning and running one would be ruinous!
Here in Spain where daytime temperatures are currently running between the high 30's and low 40's I have my own smart meter on which I've never seen either of my 3.5/4kW AC units drawing more than around 1.8kW or so each, and that's when working hard to pull internal temperatures down to 26 or 27. Once achieved consumption can drop to a couple of hundred watts until it kicks in again to maintain it.
Even with the temperatures mentioned typically I'm consuming around 10kWh/day, what I'm paying per kWh is something else and on that all I'll say is that I can only dream of €0.18!

The figures I quoted are the rated cooling/heating outputs.( heating/cooling appliances are quoted on output) The input at these figures is about 800w but the inverter controlled variable speed compressor drive means that it's output & hence input is reduced when set conditions are achieved so it rarely runs at full 800w.

These units look interesting https://www.123elec.com/chauffage-clima ... -fixe.html
There is a price option for connecting and commissioning. For that, the purchaser is responsible for the physical installation including a dedicated power socket and then the artisan does the actual refrigerant pipe connection and commissioning
