Well given Trump's thin skin and vindictive nature I suggest politicians on both sides of the channel may be regretting their past utterances.

I'm keeping clear of social meeja for a while. The gloating in certain sections is depressing and the divide seems irreparable ....I'm off to hibernate for the winter.
