HSBC removes references to Ukraine ‘war’ from analysts’ reports
HSBC has repeatedly edited its analysts’ research publications to remove references to a “war” in Ukraine, as the UK bank resists pressure to follow rivals by closing its business in Russia.

As you say, interesting but I cannot sign on to the whole narrative.
The lack of major attack on Kyiv can be attributed equally to the importance of the city to Russian history and culture as well as to its importance to Ukrainians. As such it might be viewed as being given the same status as was given to Paris and Rome in WW2.
The declared lack of attack on civilian targets seems to have missed a few significant (and probably many, many minor) incidents - the destruction of city square in Kharkiv, the destruction of the maternity hospital and the theatre in Mariupol.
There is no doubt that in the early days they avoided attack on major infrastructure targets - but mainly because they hoped for a rapid take over and wanted to use those facilities themselves I would contend.

Who knows what sick thoughts are going through Putrid's head. Initially saying "no, not going to invade", then "it's a military exercise", "just liberating Ukraine from neo-nazism" - then changed the narrative to wanting complete control over certain cities, now implying he wants the Eastern 1/4 and split the country, and take all Port cities.
I don't think it should be called a war either - it's an invasion, by Putrid, and Ukraine are just trying to defend themselves. He's playing with them like a cat plays with a mouse. All I keep hoping for is that the Russian army continue to weaken, and down arms before more young (reluctant) soldiers die.

A warning to who, one wonders. I certainly wouldn't attend one, fearing that Putin could drop a missile on the place. He's mad enough.
On my headstone it will say: Please switch off mobile phones. I'm trying to get some sleep.
