UK - £20 and £50 PAPER Notes

A quick heads up for those saving the old paper £20 and £50 notes for their next visit to the UK. You need to use them by 30th September - or find someone to do a deal with.

From 1st October only the plastic ones can be used.

You will still be able to pay them into your UK account indefinitely.

I never get rid of old money - I still have a 10 bob note in my wallet - though am too young for white fivers.
