Just curious, had a couple of e mails from a Sally Biles, Alliance Group International, telling me that I made enquiries with them, some while back about insurance cover????
Ignored that but then she follows up about investments, up to 40% return on them, sounds a bit optimistic to me. Been caught out before with Barclays Bank promising the moon, they got their management fee and I got a loss.

I get a lot of spam via Orange. Apart from the mail about my paedophile activities and Interpol's interest therein (which get immediately binned), if I have any doubts about an e-mail, I check the address first. It's amazing the sort of rubbish addresses you see (oleg@vladivostock or jumpthroughhoops@oange.fr, etc.).
We've been paying Orange for years to filter out spam, but it seems a waste of money. All our UK bank statement notifications shoot into their spam folder...
Still haven't got round to changing to the gmail address for those notifications.

I had a pearl yesterday - purportedly from Support Client Lidl, the actual email account was from carrefour.fr!
