The charges related to Ms Daniels are somewhat technical so I agree with J that the more important charges of attempted vote rigging and, I would add, sedition are what may do for him. However, given that the accounting fraud charges will not come to court before December, will these other allegations come as formal charges before the next POTUS election?
Ms Daniels is no doubt digging for more gold. I wonder who is backing her? ( no jokes please) She signs a non disclosure contract and takes 150k and then spills the beans. Why isn’t she being sued? Where is the non disclosure contract, because that is hard evidence? I think this is a storm in a D cup and the worst Trump will get will be a fine. As said above the Georgia charges are far more serious and hopefully they will get him on that.
Gagging orders are often used by the rich and or powerful to hide wrongdoing; my feeling is that they should only be legal if accepted by a judge.
Ms. Daniels is only looking after the bank when her looks might perhaps be slipping and she wants to change her life. (In fact she has now married and has a horse ranch).
I think it is likely that the Georgia affair will blow up next and may even be judged before the Manhattan case.
The drip, drip of cases should eventually see Trump off but it wont be without his usual brand of bull**it. The sad thing is that he seems to be making money out of it all still.
