There seems to be a fair proportion of gullible idiots amongst the UK population. I was really surprised to read the following article:

Probably not exclusive to the UK. If anyone is lucky enough not to have been personally affected by it, they may well question it.

Well, over 37% of the electorate voted for Brexit and over 34% didn't even bother.

And I have more respect for the 34%, don't know or don't care was a more honest choice then voting leave having been hoodwinked by outright lies and deception.

You forgot to add a lot of them voted in Johnson as a so called prime minister.

I'm afraid my husband and myself have made our daughter smug over covid vaccinations - we've had three or four of them and brought covid back from the UK, which started off like a bad cold then progressed into something horrible which laid us up in bed for a couple of weeks, we are both still weak and tired, left with a cough and can't smell or taste anything.
Daughter and Grand daughter both live with us and haven't been vaccinated just had a little cough.

Work that one out if you can.

Well, my daughter came down and gave it to me but having had all five (?) jabs it was just a spluttery cold for a couple of days.

UK population is no different from any other. Hell, I know a religion called Bobinism whose leader is a huge goat called Marvyn the Magnificant which grants absolution if you stick your head in a bucket of excrement for a specified time. And you come out smelling of roses! There are millions of followers who believe his bleats absolutely.
Maybe they are right, who knows.
