This variant is rampant. Take care. Apart fro

echoing what everyone else has said - take care and guard yourself well.
With this hand, I will lift your sorrows. Your cup will never be empty, for I will be your wine. With this candle, I will light your way into darkness. With this ring, I ask you to be mine.........The Corpse Bride

If only more people would take care! My daughter had it back in July, in Toulouse (full-time cashier in a hypermarket), while her two flat mates didn't get it. Now my niece in Devon has it (and goodness knows who else in the same Wedding party). Two brother-in-laws have had it, and three nephews. All thankfully fairly mild.

I hope your family bounce back soon.

We've been lucky and not lost anyone, and I hope it stays that way, but what a ruddy business it all is.

Ditto here, take care all, and don't take chances - sometimes though, it's beyond our control.

My husband is undergoing cancer treatment so his immune system is compromised. He has to take a taxi everyday to hospital and I usually go with him. The driver last Friday had his mask under his chin. We asked him to put it on. Then it was below his nose and slowly his mouth was uncovered. Twice we pointed out the danger, he apologised but the same happened again. I hope he doesn't pick us up again. It's lethal when you've got cancer. We've lost one family member to Covid in the UK.
