Life Certificate

It's just a form the pension provider will send to ask you to verify you are still alive & hence still entitled to the pension they are providing.
No big deal. just take it to one of the folk named on the form who's profession is considered suitable to verify your existance. Ask them to fill in the relevant bits & send it back to the provider.

I have some private pensions and one l just sign myself and another can be signed by a friend or neighbour. It's only the State pension that asks for a person of authority. I have used the doctor but usually the mairie and always done willingly and with no charge.

I needed a routine radiography here in the Correze the other week. Rang Monday, given RDV for the following day, came out with copies of my X-Rays and a full report on Wednesday, all clear.

Some difference!
Yes it is bad that she has had her operation cancelled so many times, but the comparison between an X ray and a surgical procedure is not a fair one

Fran had a bad fall, the wait for a hospital rdv was about 3 weeks, but the time from that to hospital bed was 24 hours.
