We've just watched a beautiful concert for Ukraine on Arte held in Dresden. The violinist and pianist were supposed to be playing in Kiev ....

Here is a version of the Hymn for Ukraine, known and sung by all Ukrainians. The composer is Myroslav Skoryk. It's beautiful and very moving

Isn't it just ! A couple of nights ago, France 3 news had a Ukrainian violinist in the studio just before 8pm and he played this tune .... it was incredibly moving ...

@Char same with me and I've changed my Safari 'Homepage' to Retail Gazette cos I can't bear to see the pictures although it makes me feel very selfish doing that as it's no price for me to pay compared with those who are suffering.

I've just downloaded the sheet music so I can play it on the piano - not sure how easy it would be on the accordion ! I love this sort sentimental music ...
I wish I could play the violin .....

@Blaze well don't go and rust up any keys/strings etc with your tears as guess the tears will be out of control especially if someone else is listening and they start to well up.
