The right to vote after 15 years abroad
I shall be interested to see how the requirement for ID will affect our long distance voting rights. Andrew lillico (?)would like to see only voting in person. We won’t be able to do that. I’m thinking of contacting the local party reps to establish whether they can vote in proxy for us. We have been registered to vote since we left the U.K. and voted by post or proxy in the past.

Well I think we can all wave goodbye to any imminent change in our voting status following a minor rumpus in the Tory party. I doubt any candidates will be standing on a votes for ex-pats agenda.

I am sure that members of the Conservative Party living abroad will be able to help select BoJo's successor.

Doesn't Bojo's father live in France full time? Or was I dreaming I heard that?
On my headstone it will say: Please switch off mobile phones. I'm trying to get some sleep.

I think it's just a holiday home at present. Oh,gawd, does that mean blojo will be in France more often (when he finally leaves No 10/Chequers?)
