On 17th we ordered a ceiling fan, with the offer of free delivery. Delivery was supposed to be either Wednesday or Thursday this week, according to the order note emailed.

Well it didn't arrive, on suivi ma commande it just shows delivery for the same dates and no further information.

My Internet has been down for 24 hours and trying to phone them with a signal on a mobile that is rubbish, didn't work.

Any suggestions or tips for naming & shaming?

Try phoning from a landline.
On my headstone it will say: Please switch off mobile phones. I'm trying to get some sleep.

I'm rather surprised at the opinions in your link. We have used LM extensively since moving here permanently 12 years ago. Good service in store and good delivery service when we have used it. Malemort store.
My only beef with them now is their continuing to operate in Russia.

Maybe people are happier to complain than to compliment?

Darty have a similar comment profile - and I have never had an issue with them (and have never left reviews on either).

I have stopped completing surveys since I began being asked to do so for the most trivial purchases, such as a €1.20 lamp bulb from Norauto.
I'm expecting soon to be asked to complete a survey every time I leave a supermarket - our Carrefour already has a device with a choice of a smiley or a saddy(?) button to press on leaving.
I expect it will stop working soon tho', like most of the electronic gismos around here.

Take a felt tip marker next time you visit, and paint a mask on the smiley. 8-)
