If that doesn't work, make a RDV on Ameli and go and insist that a fonc regularises your dossier. The only way to get anywhere with these people is to keep nipping at their heels!
My messagerie no longer seems to be directly accessible from the Ameli site. I can only type questions to ameliBot and try to reach a point where I am allowed to send a message to a human.
I use the WEB Site for making appointments and the APP for sending messages. The little envelope at the top left of the main page takes you to the mail box. Then at the bottom right of the page there is a blue circle with a pen in it.Touch that to open up a mail writing page. It asks for a motif. Pick one of them and then it will allow you to write a message.

I don't have a smart phone, so can't use the APP. The website (at least for our Department) no longer has the envelope icon for messages, which I think used to be on the "Mes informations" page.

If I go to Mes demarches > ESPACE D'ÉCHANGES > "J'ai une question" button, up pops the ameliBot.

They are masters at obfuscation and procrastination. Bloody useless systems and they are still blaming Covid.

Forgive me if this has already been mentioned but have you contacted the English speaking helpline? I know when my husband died and I suddenly lost my rights they were incredibly helpful and reassuring. The number is 09 74 75 36 46 if you're interested.

I spoke too soon about everything having worked smoothly for us. I was asked to return my old card. I did. For some reason that has resulted in my husbands card being deactivated and he has to apply for a new one. They say he reported it as stolen or lost and that it has been used fraudulently. He did not. So now we have to wait around 3 weeks for a new card and he has quite a few rdv , blood tests and interventions planned for his cancer treatment. More stress.

Well I had a tantrum this morning.
My droits have been stopped.
They’ve taken since Tuesday and two ball passing messages to tell me they can’t open my droits because they haven’t got page 2 of the S1.
I gave them 2 double sided copies of the S1 in person on 26/8/20 but Agen being Agen they’ve failed to pass the complete document on to Bayonne.

Good Lord, headers, you can't expect them to do something efficient just at the drop of a hat! In August, too! :D
Dare I suggest that you write to the Directeur, Olivier Filiol? If enough of us complain, often enough, he might just do something to shake up his incompetent, disobliging staff.

I was dreading today because my husbands carte vitale was cancelled by some moron in CPAM. And with cancer, he needs constant medical attention. But today we have had a MT rdv, no problem without a cv she said, drugs from the pharmacy, no problem. Emailed CHU Angers about upcoming intervention, no problem. So sans CV is not a problem. But without your 'droits' it might be more difficult. Good luck Headers.

I had an appointment with my surgeon yesterday. I was worried about my situation as my health cover rights are still blocked. The secretary just filled out a feuille de soins for me and I paid. I will collect any feuilles and send them in when I eventually get my cover sorted.
I’m going to CPAM again on Monday with the forms. Having looked at them, I can only assume that when the clerk at Agen scanned them to Bayonne they got separated and on page 2 of the form there is NO Id of the person it refers to. So I have written my social security number on the top of each side now!
The appointment went well. 7 years with stage 4 cancer(currently under control) Only one more year like this and he’ll sign me off.
