It has had two section 59 warnings and was seized under section 60 apparently. Mysty asked what was anti social driving. Section 59 refers to anti social driving so will tell him what it is

Reading the Tweet It is probably the case that there is more than a year between the two section 59 warnings so no power to confiscate,however a power came from the section 60 offence Oh dear what a pity
