Why ever not? Let's hear about your sartorial extravagances
Well my only experience of 'hot' pants was wearing my Y-fronts back to front and inside out if I didn't make it home the nights before........

Ok, own up anyone who wore hot pants ??? I did wear very short skirts but never hot pants
I'll 'fess up (pun intended :D ). The most beautiful pair of black, crushed velvet ones, worn with a white satin 'pirate' shirt and occasionally, silver platform boots. Those were the days......
:o :o :o
I had some suede Biba boots, low cut loons from Kensington Market, some black patent platforms.
Remember those military double breasted coats in Carnaby Street ? Oooh and Cranks !
It was fun !

What pees me off is that the fashionistas have been promising a flares revival for, oh, about 30 years now, but it's never happened  And Afghan coats! Remember them? My beloved Afghan got relegated to a compost heap after getting soaked at Reading festival and developing a decidedly 'goaty' aroma :D

I had a goat coat from Biba. I had to be a bit careful as in certain weather it smelled a bit of goat. I grew up in London (South Kensington) in the 60s and didn't really appreciate how exciting it all was - it was normal

I had an Afghan coat that a friend brought back from a trip he made. He also gave me a goatskin bonnet, which stank from the moment I had it. Strange how people definitely moved away from me when I wore those...........

My wife had some sort of Biba era fur coat donated by her mum.
It was hanging in the cellar when the bath above leaked & got a bit damp so it was dried out & relegated to a clothes box in the attic.
Weeks later we kept wondering where all these little moths were coming from & finally realised they were breeding in the coat.
A bonfire sorted that out
