Well, he wont be missed; like so many of these ‘celebrities’ they rise and fall in a short time as the media mood moves on.

J. Saville, Al-Fayed, Rolf Harris, Cyril Smith, D. Trump come to mind. Maybe if the laws were better defined, and these things got dealt with properly in court, men would think twice before treating women disrespectfully.
That's a very sweeping statement, and very disrespectful of all the women and men who did come forward in all those cases and were hushed up, by whatever means.

There are a lot of sweeping statements made, all with a grain of truth that some people have trouble admitting.
On my headstone it will say: Please switch off mobile phones. I'm trying to get some sleep.

I used to enjoy listening to Gregg Wallace and Charlie Hicks on Radio 4's Veg Talk years ago. They certainly formed an interesting pair talking about unusual greengrocery, though I never quite understood how he made such a seamless transition from greengrocer radio host to food critic and culinary judge with no apparent training.

Many, many years ago on one of the myriad Sky channels the two had an allotment/veg growing programme where veggies were discussed and then Charlie Hicks cooked something alfresco. It was OK and I quite liked Charlie Hicks (although he was supposed to be growing veg with his tailored blazer on) but Wallece contributed little if anything other than giving a high street price for the veggies featured. I don't know if this pre-dates "Veg Talk" which I was not aware of.

That may be a valid point for you, but its inaccurate and misses the point.
Re read what you wrote, particularly the bit "all the victims..." and the reference to having "no guts". It's inaccurate and disrespectful .
Factually, many of the victims did come forward. Your position belittles their bravery in doing so. You owe them, and any lady on here who may have been in that position, an apology.
Own it.
