Nothing getting touched on this house. It was bought on the 8th of July we had a buyer for it but he pulled out when the UK started talking about no travel to Europe.
New buyer yesterday buying as is not British in the same business as Bentley bought it from looking at a video of the house and village.
Electronic draft contract from the notaire yesterday, couple of changes and new contract out later today.
It gets signed online by both parties and they are due out in early September to complete.
If things change and they cannot get out they complete by email.
Covid changed the way some notaires had to work others are still just pen and paper and months to get a contract out.

No idea, there was waste pipes and water pipes in a room at the back.
The room at the front with the plasterboard ceiling had a tiled area on a wall so there may have been something there but no waste or water pipe.
The house had been empty for 20 years the old woman who had lived there was in an old age home.
Some of the older generation did not have a lot of confort in the home.
