Some years back in the UK I went for my cervical smear. I decided to use a pop in clinic as I could go early in the morning before work. The lady was very nice, calming, and gentle until she frit me when she said 'I just need to go up there with my dustpan & brush and do a little sweeping' I've never forgotten that sentence
