We must be bucking the trend as our first house here sold for 50% more than we paid with virtually nothing spent on it as originally it was our holiday house.
This current house has been valued at more than 160% of our total costs .
Houses in this area seem to sell very quickly as being 10 min to the Voie Express with no tolls & quick access to Quimper,Concarneau & Lorient etc for work it's becoming a popular country area.
The, 'town', 5 min by car away, has a railway station for commuters plus many shops & supermarkets etc.
