Just had our new oven delivered. Tonight will be home made pizza !

Haven't had a proper oven in 3.5 months !!

Well, it is Easter. So, this evening will be roasted lamb leg surrounded by red potatoes, onions and garlic, fresh asparagus sauteed in butter and not sure about dessert at this point.

Chicken breasts stuffed with blue cheese, wrapped in jambon cru and roasted alongside the veg which are carrots, onions, butternut squash, asparagus, courgette and garlic. Lemon tart for afters.

Not a lot - gas bottle ran out yesterday and the spares empty as well. :crazy:

Oh no !! Why do these things always happen on a holiday weekend... ?

Beautiful weather today. You might have to resort to a nice cold salad.

Round here gas bottles are sold via an automated service, put your card in, choose the bottle and voila. Do you have something similar nearby?

I hope you have something tasty in the fridge that doesn’t need cooking, Char.

We’re having garlicy roast lamb, new potatoes, roast roots and broccoli followed by Waitrose profiteroles.
