But he must have signed it and regardless it remains HIS responsibility to ensure the information given was complete, truthful, and accurate.

As perceptive as ever!
Were the Results of a Positive PCR Test Manipulated?
Tennis star Novak Djoković claims that he tested positive for the coronavirus on Dec. 16. But the digital test result suggests otherwise. This and a suspected false statement could create new visa problems for the athlete in Australia.

Sounding more like a scene from Scooby Doo! "If it wasn't for you meddling kids, I'd 'ave gotten away with it!"
The plot thickens ....

I think he needs to shut up now and grovel - as otherwise having had his visa withdrawn this way he may be unable to reapply for three years. Damage limitation.Pachapapa wrote: ↑Fri Jan 14, 2022 9:19 amhttps://www.dailymail.co.uk/reader-comm ... /797091957

It is entirely his own choice not to be vaccinated - and (in)actions have consequences.
Apparently, 97 of the top 100 tennis players have received the vaccine - and all seem unaffected - so why does he feel he has the right to be special?
As for your point on China - I think Peng Shuai is a lesson on why the Chinese under the CCP are as untrustworthy on sport as on everything else - and why the WTA will be reluctant to "move" the Australian Open. Besides, for the Winter Olympics the policy is vaccination or 21 days in quarantine - stricter than Australia!
