I well remember the excitement of the first moon landing (there was no claim then that it was a spoof), but I have often wondered how much all the space exploration/junk has affected the climate, although it seems to be a non-subject. Why?

But they're not landing on the moon, just going around and back. Seems no different to the other space trips.
I'll be more interested when they land on another planet.

They are going further from the earth than any other human has. They are planning a landing in 2028 I believe.
