Watched TOTP 1991 Special on BBC4 last night. This was by far the best, then and still brilliant now. Saw him around that time, in concert in Plymouth. What a voice!

Does anyone else listen to R2 Sounds of Sixties? I am sure I am not the only one to remember some of it from the first time round.

My first record, apart from Pinky and Perky times tables, was this (well I was 7 and my tastes have improved since then). 50 years on I still know all the words and spot Mike McGear's slip up!

Oh, right, got that wrong then! :lol: Their voices reminded me of the lead singer of The Script, who is Irish! :roll: :)

@Niftyons - Jeff Buckley, awesome singer, tragically taken away from us far too young. Will be putting another of his up later. Was priviledged enough to see him live, in a very cosy club, in Portsmouth I think.
