Yes - at Christmas I hope. That is plan B - so long as I get a QR code I can load onto the Swiss and French apps.

Headlines this morning in the Dutch newspapers:
" On two arriving flights from South Africa, 61 out of 600 travellers tested positive for corona on Friday. It is not yet known whether they were infected with the new Omicron variant."

I know some Dutch (ex-clients) who were hoping to spend their "normal winter months" in sunny SA. For the second year running, I don't think they managed to get out of Holland before the lockdown. Hopefully they're thinking better to be marginally safer in "nasty cold Europe", than battening down in SA against the current threat.
All flights out of SA and neighbouring countries should be banned for now, surely?!

Turns out they managed to get over there, to Cape Town, last Sunday. Now booked on another flight to get back to Holland tomorrow, due to the latest variant! Then, assuming they stay virus-free, hope to return to their holiday home in France for another winter here. Then they wonder why we don't want to go anywhere near them!!Bayleaf wrote: ↑Sat Nov 27, 2021 1:10 pm I know some Dutch (ex-clients) who were hoping to spend their "normal winter months" in sunny SA. But manu has changed the 6 month delay from second jab to 5 months.
Presumption due to Omicron variant.
Don't worry I always use a KN95/PP2 mask without "selfish valve". Surgical masks are a waste of time & money.

It looks as if many Dutch fleeing South Africa have brought the virus with them ....Bayleaf wrote: ↑Sat Nov 27, 2021 1:47 pm Turns out they (your Dutch clients) managed to get over there, to Cape Town, last Sunday. But as they're being tested on landing, they may be able to contain it ......
