We sell 99% via FB. Most of the time we have buyers lined up before we complete.
The hotel with no roof at Salers was sold without touching it a couple of weeks after we bought it.
Last year we sold to architects from Namibia.
You can still find cheap but interesting properties if you hunt them out.
We still get quite a few from notaires where someone has inherited but have no interest in the property.

They're better bought and sold than left to go to ruin (even if some of the ones you buy aren't much more than that !!)
