I hate the advert for Saint Agur. It might work on French TV but not in English! Makes my skin crawl.

Having been subjected to French radio ads on my trip yesterday, I would just ask - how many on here phone their neighbours to tell them, speaking very fast, of the deals at their local shops? Or am I just leading a boring life?

When I first moved to France many years ago one radio channel just had a bloke reading out blocks of numbers. Never did find out why.
