For anyone who sometimes needs to calm their chattering mind like I have to do frequently or just like meditating you may enjoy this - yes it's long and repetitive but that's the idea and you needn't listen to the full hour!

I have just played this on OHs record deck that I bought him for his Christmas present - having got permission to do so of course

This record was my mum's so it was nice to hear it knowing that she'd bought it. Now going to play another of hers ie The Seekers, The Carnival is Over.
