We once passed what looked like a body with its head down a hole, near the edge of the road so naturally we stopped to check. It turned out to be a scarecrow that had been put there for some village carnival :lol: I wish I'd taken a photo !

@RobertArthur That looks like hibiscus in leaf and even flower buds already. Despite our mild climate here, I haven't seen much in flower yet.
