What's for Dinner?

Something very very bland and boring - I am on the 'don't eat anything tasty or with fruit & veg' diet before a doc goes poking around inside me tomorrow.
Yuk
OH will have a nice leftover casserole from the freezer.

Tonight it's herby, cheesy, Weetabix 'breaded' turkey escallopes with boiled spuds & mushy peas.

Roast shoulder of lamb with the customary veggies. I got it out of the freezer too late to have it yesterday ........ So last night we had caramelised red onion sausages with fried eggs and chips.
