So make sure your computer security is up to date and that your wallet is stuffed with the appropriate currency.
And that does not just mean patch your PC - your routers need patching as well . . . https://www.tomsguide.com/uk/news/route ... etusb-flaw

I don't need the Ruskies to take down my Internet - Swisscom are quite capable of doing it all on their own, and often do!

The link about router updates mentions several brands. Any idea for info about the Orange Liveboxes?

One of my Russian friends is of the opinion, increasingly held in Russia, that Vladimir Vladimirovich is ‘unwell’, so hopes that his advisers will restrain him. Given that many of them represent the last hurrah of the old Soviet gang this hope may be in vain.

Have the Russians reached Kyiv yet? I cannot see anything on the news.

I am sure that Western Intelligence didn't get it wrong again as they did over Saddam's weapons.

The head of the self-declared Donetsk People’s Republic has just announced a mass evacuation. Residents to be relocated en masse to Rostov.

@ Hotrodder, updating the firmware of the Orange Livebox: you are in the hands of their technicians.

Afin d'améliorer sa stabilité et ses performances, votre Livebox 5 est régulièrement mise à jour de manière automatique.

I get the feeling that Biden wants a war with Russia as much as Bush did with Iraq.

I get that feeling too. It's noticeable how voluble Biden is compared with Europe ....

Exactly - US/CIA have continuously provoked Russia and broken agreements. And Europe picks up the pieces time after time.

Putin is no angel, to say the least - but I think the US is just seeing how far it can push him - knowing that Europe will be the place that suffers when it goes pear-shaped.
