Spring forward, Fall back
I'm not sure whether this is the correct place to put this, but this is the weekend (Saturday/Sunday at silly o'clock) when the clocks go forward 1 hour.

All very well but try telling my dog he has to get up earlier or can sleep a bit later. Maybe you speak Dog, Char, and can explain. NB that is English Dog not French.

I love it when the clocks go on an hour cos I'm always up early. I don't like the dark winter mornings - I keep checking the clock from around 6:30am but force myself to stay in bed so as not to disturb OH but only until 8am ish when the legs then tell me it's time to get up & go!

I'm in a double no-win situation. My dog speaks French and I don't.
On my headstone it will say: Please switch off mobile phones. I'm trying to get some sleep.

AFAIK, it's been shelved for the mo, grace à Covid, etc.
My last 3 dogs were bilingual and did as they pleased when it came to getting up time. The odd eyelid was raised the morning after but nothing more.

Wish mine would have a lay in 6am or before she starts the wailing, normally for a toilet break, she is just getting over bronchitis, and the vet said the medication would make her thirsty so hopefully that desire will wane once the meds are finished.
