Why are people so influenced by celebs when choosing a name for their babies? I'm expecting a surge in boys named Boris soon. Maybe girls as well considering the recent efforts to create a country of gender neutrality. :roll:

@Hotrodder uuuummmmm my nephew was born in 1957! Who were the famous Kevin's in the 1950s - knowing his father I would guess a sports person?

I look down the list of people coming in for PCR tests and can usually guess their approximate age by their name .... from Louna to Louisette :lol:

Crikey that's a list and a half! Personally I like the name Kevin - there's something warm and friendly about it but then that might just be because my nephew is :D

There are some names that are so specific to a few years as @Blaze says. In the UK there was a run on names from ‘Neighbours ‘ at one point .I work with a lady whose daughter is called Madonna .

Fortunately the Doctolib list says M or Mme because sometimes it's hard to tell. "Basille" was a young man ! Then there are some strange Breton names .... though I wouldn't be surprised if some of them are made up :lol:

I think the girls name Luna (or Louna) will become popular because of the Prime series "New Amsterdam". I must admit I quite like the name
