No - but it is in Schengen so thought it might be - and I think the format is the same as yours except it says CHE and I guess yours says FRA - but the separation accord is different even though both are covered by Schengen rules.

French Border control seems to know all about it anyway and my passport is never stamped - and somewhere in it I think there are some fingerprint biometrics too which I guess is the same as with others?

Whatever you call the Carte, a second home owner whose main residence is in the UK isn't a resident.
I wonder if they have thought about what happens when they sell their second home? Oh dear, 'plus value' rears it's ugly head if they can't prove it is their main residence using income tax declarations, the fiscal rep. gets involved and everything unravels.....
How do people live without at least one dog in the house?
