Sorting out my S1

I had written a message using the Ameli App on Friday.I got a response today asking me to make an appointment using the web site. You can’t make an appointment in the App!
The message said to select ‘applying for CSS’ as there is no category to presenting an S1.
Of course when I actually did the request it said if you try and do anything else at the appointment you will be refused. hmmm. so I’m taking the message I received on paper with me to argue the toss with them. I’m expecting trouble.

I wrote again on the web message system to confirm that they would see us. They contacted me by phone and said yes.
I have to present my passport and a RIB as well as the S1.
What I hadn’t reckoned with was that Agen have a big festival starting on Friday so parking will be additional challenge.
I am a born worrier so my OH is keeping me on the straight and narrow.

Most of the activities are centred on the main boulevard or Places Jasmin and Esquirol, Headers, and the concerts are from 16h on Friday, so you should be OK for the little car park by the CPAM or the bigger parking on the RH side. Bonne chance!

We have been to CPAM in Agen today. The appointment system is wierd. You stand outside the sliding doors that don’t slide and wait.
A fonc finally came and got us and took us upstairs.
Handed over 2 copies of S1, a copy of my passport, a bank RIB, a justificatif de domicile.
She assured me ai would remain attached to OHs S1 until mine had been processed at which point they would write to me and I would need to mettre a jour my CV.
I am assuming that because I already had my own SS number they could do this.
I think that’s it. So fingers crossed. She assured me there would be no interruptions to my treatments. Phew so glad it’s over now.

Glad it went well. My fonc said my old CV wouldn't work until the new one was issued but it wasn't true because I used it and it worked. Although I was told off for doing it. It's a strange old place France. Nothing is standardised.

I may have spoken too soon. My ayant droits on OH account have ceased. I did get my ordonnances refilled yesterday but I am now in limbo.
Not sure what to do about the mutuelle yet.

Send (or bombard) them a message (or 20) on the Ameli messagerie asking them if your dossier has been actioned. If that doesn't work, make a RDV on Ameli and go and insist that a fonc regularises your dossier. The only way to get anywhere with these people is to keep nipping at their heels!

My messagerie no longer seems to be directly accessible from the Ameli site. I can only type questions to ameliBot and try to reach a point where I am allowed to send a message to a human.
