Oh yes! I remember OH prosecuting an oik years ago who denied he'd been at the locus in quo at the time. Slightly problematical as he had his full name tattooed on his face.

Doesn't he look a picture of innocence, I once met an idiot with a dotted line tattooed around his neck with the phrase "cut here", pity someone didn't.
