Indeed - bit of a jobsworth on the particular site in question! I sold a car for someone not permanently in the country, and on that fb site was told in no uncertain terms "don't do it, it's illegal, bla bla bla". Well, I sold said car to a lovely young Gendarme, and he was perfectly happy with the arrangement!
