OH has a preference for single malt on the few evenings a year he imbibes. He has some interesting examples in his whisky cup'd.
He's a red wine man usually.
I, OTOH, think that who!e grain is best consumed at breakfast i.e. by way of Weetabix, Grapenuts or Shredded Wheat 😊😢😏 or wholegrain toast with honey πŸ˜‰.
