What is in that (other than the leeks)?

Spam, pork mince, frankfurter sausage, tofu, when available, garlic, chilli paste, chilli powder, pork stock, noodles ( Rice or Glass or Egg) spring onions, today Leeks no spring onions. Its a treat, as it has a lot of fat in it, but in this cold weather it warms you up, its an Hairy Bikers recipe, (Asian Adventure) Page 206. I also put some pulses in sometimes.

Spam fritters that brings back some memory's, Super U sell it, its in the aisle with the tinned fish etc, they also have "Tulip" Ham, however they all differ, we sometimes fry up a couple of slicers of Spam and tip some baked beans over the top, all day breakfast.

Its just cooked ham, nice in a butty or with a salad, I tend to use in summer when making Quiche, cut up into cubes and paired with cheese, or a veg ie Leeks or Broccoli.

I remember that ham. It was a treat at Christmas for us. Fond memories of grabbing the jelly which surrounded the ham before my siblings got to eat it.

Its still in the tin and yes DW have a debate who gets most of it no contest as she has only one arm, so its me that opens it I do save her a bit, if she's a good girl
