Last night was creamy mushroom soup with whole grain biscuits. Both turned out really good for such simple recipes.

Last night for us was loads of oven chips cooked in the hot air fryer & fried eggs with a good dollop of tomato sauce on the side.
I'd almost forgotten the delights of dunking saucy chips in gooey eggs. Delicious.
Gotta get one's fill of grease from time to time :D

Sounds delicious. Might have to put that on the menu this week.

Spinach and potato soup for dinner tonight. Too cold for anything other than a soup or stew.

My missus was out shopping this morning & on a whim bought two €1,80 packets of Aldi Poulet Crudites sandwiches for lunch which was a first for her who is usually against this sort of thing.
We both agreed how jolly nice they were :D
This evening I'm cooking Sausage & broccoli pasta.

We're having a take-away tonight, from the local café.
Didn't have time to go there for lunch so have got two portions of their Choucroute with all the yummy porkie bits to reheat tonight.
Just what my body needs after a pilates class...

Something very similar here this evening. Pasta with broccoli.

For breakfast we had bacon, omelettes, baked beans, and as I have not made "Cornbread" yet, I had just made a "Brioche" loaf, so cut two thick slices and fried them on both sides with the bacon. :D :D

Yum !

Tonight will be salmon roasted in the air fryer, bell peppers stuffed with a greek yogurt mixture and roasted in air fryer and a big salad.
