Oxtail soup for lunch.
I can’t believe the cost of something that butchers used to practically give away,
nor the amount of energy used to make it.

Tonight it's Tartiflette,I've just scoffed my half.
The other half is keeping warm in the oven as Mrs LAF is at the local pool playing with the 'Over 60's under water nude leap frog team'
She'll eat it when she returns providing she was still able to hold her breath long enough. :)

Just put in the oven a dish of "Boston beans" with some added sausages, will cook for a wee while, then re-heated for tomorrows tea.

Spicy potatoes with leftover chicken and chick pea curry from last night - cheat's curry as Pataks sauces just out of best before date were being sold off on the Trading Post.
