Might be a few of you thinking who the hell is he, but if it said brother of TV personality Philip Scofield found guilty, you might have a better idea of who it is. I will say that I find Philip Schofield totally reprehensible, I hate his way of presenting, however is it fair that his name should be dragged in to news reports, because of his brothers activities, not just dragged in but the headlines mention him before his brothers name, I don't think it is correct.

Let's call it sexual assault, shall we?
As for whether his famous brother should be mentioned (and I've no idea who these people are), it's unfortunate but newsworthy in the eyes of the media and the public.

I think "sexual assault" is a bit too catch-all since the victims in this case were minors. I do however take the point you are making.
