What's for Dinner?
Quail in red wine and Mediterranean vegerables cooked in the oven in the same pot, and new potatoes.

That sounds delicious. Nothing that special round here this evening. It will be trout fillets and broccoli, both cooked on the grill with a green salad on the side.

What's for Dinner?
Pizza again tonight.
Following on from my debutant success with the first I'm going again with the same topping to use it up.
The dough recipe I used was enough for at least 2 large pizzas & as I'm still home alone it's enough for at least 3 of the size I can eat, so it's been lurking in the fridge since my first jobby & needs using up although apparently it freezes OK.

You can never have too much pizza !! And I prefer to make it at home as I am rather picky, Your previous result looked delicious so I'm sure this one will be too.
Bon appétit !
For us it is a salad of blanched broccoli with diced grilled red pepper and feta alongside saucisses de volaille (cooked in the air fryer).

We had ratatouille bake - ratatouille topped with breadcrumbs and some finely grated cantal then baked in the oven for about 20 mins - with volaille sausages and our home-grown potatoes sautéed.
Edit : Just noticed you had volaille sausages the other day Lori .. snap
I haven't tried cooking them in the air fryer as yet.

Tonight it's something from a tin. Problem is I'm spoilt for choice.

I just cook them in the air fryer at 180 for 15 minutes and they get nice and cruncy on the outside. We buy the package of 6, so we each get 3. Air fryer could hold more if needed or you can add something else to cook along with them.

OH had a baked potato and cauliflower cheese, Daughter and G/daughter had fresh ravioli with pesto broccoli and cheese, I had green beans with almonds, cardamom rice, ginger carrots and spicy spinach - I'm thinking of opening a restaurant
