Drones

Are there rules, like in the UK, that restrict where drones can be flown? A near neighbour has one and it occasionally flies over our house and garden. The privacy aspect doesn't really bother us, it's the noise it makes and usually on a Sunday afternoon.

Drones being flown at low levels are not same as conventional aircraft and hundreds/thousands feet. I'm talking about a drone at maybe 50ft.

Thanks but I do have a shotgun. It would be guaranteed to upset the neighbour. Is there a closed season for shooting them?

Dunno if this is any help or not - https://www.demarches.interieur.gouv.fr ... -respecter

It's at least nice to know they're not supposed to photograph or film you without your knowledge - but how you're supposed to be able to see whether they are or not is another question.
