34 here today and little breeze. OH is playing in a tennis tournament this evening. I feel sorry for him. He played yesterday at 6pm and said it was sweltering. Sadly, he won last night, so he's playing tonight. He wasn't looking forward to it.

Absolutely hissing down here at the sticky out bit since breakfast time.
Good luck to those in the rest of France where I believe it's a little toasty
Animals are all in the dry & this human is looking forward to a nice cool nights sleep.

I don't know where this heat wave is, it's chilly unless the sun's out, then it's just damp and muggy.
I've got plums on the plum tree that are the size of small apples but they're rotting before they get a chance to ripen because its been so wet and humid, not enough sunshine to dry them off.

Currently a cool 15c outside with a slight breeze. Chilly for sure. As this is our first year in this location, we don't know what is the norm and what is not.
It is interesting how Summer days can vary so much. One day 34c, the next 24c. Still far better than the dry, convection oven of the Vaucluse.
