Thank you girlies !

A nice finish with Pogacar and Vingegaard. I know it's tactics, but Wout "Woot" van Aert made such a great effort ... Perhaps his time will come later.

Did anyone spot the THREE mankinis near the start ???

It passes about 15km from me today, but I’ll watch on TV rather than stand for hours for a fleeting glimpse.

I missed most of yesterday's stage but was disappointed that Cav didn't get it. It looked as if Philipsen cut across him but perhaps that was the moment Cav's gears failed him.

It's supposed to be going through Lisle, Brantôme, St Saud and thereabouts this weekend. I shan't be trying to catch a glimpse of fleeting wheels and shirts, I'll wait for the photos of those who are hoping to find a good viewing spot - up a steep hill apparently!

We watched them coming up a steep hill out of our village once, it was brilliant, fantastic atmosphere, everyone cheering, waving flags etc. I got some good photos too !! When they'd gone through, we drove home and watched the rest of the race on the telly !
